Okay, seriously, why do people like this episode? I honestly found it very predictable from the beginning, and very FAR from being funny. First of all, Spongebob and Patrick are just Season 6 levels of stupid in this one.
Apparently they had one good joke. But the writers decided to waste this joke right off the bat by putting it right at the beginning of the episode.
Then we get to the actual plot. Patrick sees a commercial about some guy wanting to buy a home, they immediately assume that he bought his home.

I know, the newest episodes of Spongebob are definitely better than modern Spongebob. And I totally agree to this. But I'd like to go into further detail onto every single one of them.
Episode 190a Lost in Bikini Bottom - MediocreNot quite bad, but it's definitely not good. It's a bit boring.
Episode 190b Tutor Sauce - OkayNice and original concept, but probably could have done better.
Episode 191a: Squid Plus One - GoodChoir Boys done right.
